Our company carries out on-site assembly services for industrial plant installations with high technical expertise, an experienced team, and meticulous project management. The assembly phase—one of the most critical stages before a facility becomes operational—is not merely the process of connecting components; it requires the simultaneous management of multiple factors such as occupational safety, quality control, time management, and technical compliance. We approach this process with a planned and systematic methodology, prioritizing customer satisfaction at every step.
Our scope of assembly includes the installation of piping systems tailored to site conditions, the placement of steel structures, precise positioning of process equipment, and the installation of pressure vessels. These operations are meticulously planned according to international standards, the client’s project requirements, and specific site conditions.
Our assembly teams consist of experienced field engineers, welders certified to EN ISO 9606-1 or ASME Section IX, quality control specialists, and technical supervision personnel. They ensure the technical accuracy and safety of every operation performed on-site through continuous monitoring and control.
During pipeline assembly, pipe misalignment, joint fit-up, root gap dimensions, and weld seam quality are carefully inspected. Any deviations are immediately corrected to meet the required standards. Following welding operations, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as RT, UT, PT, and MT are performed on-site, with results reported daily.
In steel structure assemblies, structural integrity and stability are of critical importance. For this reason, high-precision measuring equipment such as Total Stations, laser distance meters, and digital levels are utilized. The positioning of steel components is performed with millimetric accuracy. The entire assembly process proceeds according to pre-prepared site assembly plans, and any deviations are monitored and corrected in real time.
All on-site activities are supported by detailed and traceable documentation. Upon completion of the assembly process, the client is provided with comprehensive as-built drawings, weld logs, NDT reports, and, where applicable, commissioning test results. This ensures that all project data is properly recorded and that full compliance with quality procedures is maintained.
Occupational health and safety is a non-negotiable priority in all our field operations. Our teams work within the framework of a Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) plan supported by risk analyses, safety briefings, and site inspections—showing the utmost sensitivity to both employee safety and environmental impact.
Our corporate philosophy is based on the belief that assembly services are not only a technical process but also one that must be executed with organization, discipline, and trust. With this understanding, we continue to deliver your projects on time, smoothly, and in full compliance with international standards—maintaining our role as a reliable and strong partner in the field.
