
Our company’s engineering department is a multidisciplinary team fully capable of meeting the technical requirements of industrial facilities. We provide a wide range of engineering services, from pressure vessel design and steel structure analysis to isometric piping drawings and the design of specialized process equipment. Our goal is not only to perform technical calculations for each project but also to develop practical, safe, cost-effective, and sustainable solutions.
In the design and analysis processes, we actively use industry-leading engineering software. For pressure vessels, advanced tools such as PVElite, Compress, and AutoPIPE Vessel are used to perform strength analyses in compliance with ASME Section VIII Div.1, EN 13445, and AD 2000 standards. For steel structures, software such as Tekla Structures and Staad.Pro is employed for structural calculations and detailed modeling. In piping systems and process equipment engineering, AutoCAD Plant 3D, SolidWorks, and other CAD/CAM tools are used. All designs are executed in full compliance with international standards such as ASME, EN, API, and TEMA.
Our engineering activities go beyond basic calculations. Projects include the analysis of internal/external pressures, weight, nozzle loads, thermal expansion, wind, and seismic forces; when necessary, vibration and fatigue analyses are conducted to evaluate and report the long-term safety of equipment. In addition, crucial details in plant design—such as thermal effects, expansion compensation, anchorage points, and support systems—are addressed through a holistic approach.
For each engineering project, detailed fabrication drawings, assembly plans, and field implementation documents are prepared. Engineering support processes such as material optimization, welding method planning, manufacturability analyses, cost evaluation, and production compliance checks are also carried out in detail. This proactive approach anticipates technical challenges on-site, ensuring that processes proceed efficiently, smoothly, and without disruption.
