Our factory carries out the production of high-engineering industrial equipment with a modern and integrated infrastructure. Our production range includes pressure vessels, pipe spools, steel structures, and special process equipment, all manufactured to the highest quality standards for both domestic and international projects.

The manufacturing process in our facility is supported by a state-of-the-art CNC-controlled machinery park. For precision cutting, we use CNC plasma and laser cutting machines; for pipe forming, CNC pipe bending machines; and for welding, automatic submerged arc welding (SAW) lines, as well as TIG, MIG, and manual welding machines, in addition to welding robots, lathes, milling, and grinding machines. Thanks to this advanced equipment, we are able to manufacture products that meet complex engineering requirements with high precision and consistent quality.

The materials used in our production include a wide range of carbon steels, stainless steels, and high-alloy special materials, such as ASTM A516 Gr.70, P355GH, SA 240 316L, Alloy 625, and Duplex 2205. This broad material portfolio allows us to offer durable and long-lasting solutions tailored to different process conditions and customer requirements.

Every stage of production is digitally monitored through our ERP-based production tracking system, ensuring complete process control and full traceability for our customers. As part of our quality assurance procedures, we perform comprehensive inspections such as dimensional measurements, surface roughness analyses, PMI (Positive Material Identification), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiographic Testing (RT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). All these tests are conducted using calibrated equipment by qualified personnel in accordance with international standards.

Surface protection of the finished products is also carried out with great care. Depending on project requirements, after sandblasting, we apply shop primer, epoxy, or polyurethane coating systems, or use hot-dip galvanizing for enhanced corrosion resistance. These processes ensure that our products maintain long-term durability and reliability even under the most challenging environmental conditions.
