Our company operates with a production approach based on high engineering standards and rigorous quality control processes in the manufacturing of pipe spools. Pipe spools, used in process lines of industrial plants, are critical components that directly affect the integrity and safety of the overall system. With this awareness, we implement a fully traceable production management system in full compliance with international standards at every stage of manufacturing.

Our production process begins with isometric piping drawings provided by the client. Based on these drawings, cutting, bending, fit-up, and welding operations are carried out in accordance with globally recognized standards such as EN ISO 15609-1, EN ISO 15614-1, and ASME Section IX. Thanks to the modern machinery and equipment in our production line, all high-precision manufacturing steps are completed with consistent, repeatable quality.

In pipe spool manufacturing, a wide range of materials is used depending on the project requirements and process environment — from carbon steels such as ASTM A106 Gr.B, to stainless steels such as ASTM A312 TP316L, from high-temperature-resistant alloys such as P91, to corrosion-resistant duplex steels such as Duplex 2205. Each material is verified through Positive Material Identification (PMI) testing before production, ensuring that the correct material is used for the correct project.

Welding operations are carried out by certified welders, and all welded joints are inspected 100% using non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as RT (radiographic), UT (ultrasonic), or PT (penetrant) testing. These inspections represent one of the most critical steps in ensuring the integrity and reliability of welded fabrication.

Each pipe spool assembly is delivered to the customer with comprehensive quality documentation, including dimensional inspection reports, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, WPS (Welding Procedure Specification), WPQ (Welder Performance Qualification), NDT reports, and traceability records. This provides our customers with a transparent and reliable production output that fully meets both technical and regulatory requirements.

Furthermore, to ensure smooth delivery and installation at the site, each pipe spool is protected with end caps, and — when required — surface treatments such as internal cleaning, passivation, or phosphating are applied as preventive measures against corrosion. The entire production process is monitored digitally through our ERP-based production tracking system, allowing for project-specific reporting and full traceability.

With our strong engineering infrastructure, experienced team, and commitment to quality, we take pride in providing our customers with high-performance, reliable, and installation-ready pipe spool solutions.
