Our company adopts an engineering-based production approach that fully complies with international standards in the design and manufacturing of pressure vessels used safely in the critical processes of industrial plants. Our production process begins with detailed engineering calculations, and every stage — from design to final testing — is meticulously executed in line with strict quality and safety criteria.
Our pressure vessel designs are carried out in accordance with ASME Section VIII Division 1, EN 13445, AD 2000 Merkblatt, and the Pressure Equipment Directive (PED 2014/68/EU) of the European Union. The calculations cover complex load combinations such as internal and external pressure loads, mechanical effects of nozzle connections, thermal expansion behavior, and wind and seismic loads. These analyses are performed using advanced engineering software widely recognized in the industry — such as PVElite, Compress, and AutoPIPE Vessel — ensuring project-specific, optimized solutions.
Material selection is conducted carefully based on the operating conditions of the equipment and customer requirements. All materials are supplied in compliance with international standards such as ASTM, EN, and DIN. By working with a broad range of materials — including carbon steels, stainless steels, Cr-Mo (chromium-molybdenum) alloys, high-corrosion-resistant nickel alloys, and duplex steels — we provide reliable solutions tailored to various industrial environments.
Our welded fabrication processes are carried out under welding procedure qualifications (WPQR) prepared in accordance with EN ISO 15614-1, ensuring that quality and safety remain at the forefront. All our welders hold internationally recognized certifications. As an integral part of our quality control system, non-destructive testing (NDT) methods — such as RT (radiographic), UT (ultrasonic), PT (penetrant), and MT (magnetic particle) inspections — are applied to every production batch to verify weld integrity and product reliability.
Each pressure vessel manufactured is subjected to rigorous testing before delivery. Hydrostatic tests confirm pressure resistance, while gas leak tests verify safety. When required, the equipment is also inspected and certified by independent third-party inspection bodies approved by the customer, and detailed test reports are issued. During the certification process, our products are granted internationally recognized markings and documents such as the CE mark, PED compliance certificate, and, upon request, ASME U-Stamp.
With its strong engineering expertise, technical competence, and unwavering commitment to quality assurance, our company continues to deliver high-performance pressure vessels that are trusted and widely used across heavy industry, petrochemical, and energy sectors — consistently exceeding customer expectations.
