Our company provides reliable and long-lasting solutions for steel structure manufacturing tailored to the diverse needs of industrial facilities, combining engineering discipline with comprehensive quality management systems. Our production process is based on internationally recognized standards such as EN 1090-2, AWS D1.1, and EN ISO 5817, with each project managed through detailed static calculations, engineering drawings, and systematic production stages.
The steel structures we manufacture serve a wide range of industrial applications. These include support platforms for process and energy plants, pipe bridges, staircases, handrail systems, equipment support frames, and factory buildings — all requiring high structural integrity. Each structure is analyzed according to the environmental loading conditions it will be exposed to (such as wind, seismic, and equipment loads) and designed with safe and efficient engineering solutions.
The materials used in production are carefully selected according to project requirements. Alongside high-strength carbon steels such as S355J2, S275JR, and ASTM A572 Gr.50, we also utilize stainless and duplex steels with high corrosion resistance. All materials are supplied in compliance with international standards (EN, ASTM, DIN, etc.) and undergo quality control inspections before production begins.
All welded joints are qualified through Welding Procedure Qualification Records (WPQR) prepared in accordance with EN ISO 15614-1, and welding operations are performed by experienced and certified welders. The quality of the welds is verified through non-destructive testing (NDT) methods. Inspections such as Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) are carried out to ensure the long-term structural safety of the fabrication.
Surface protection processes are applied according to the operational environment and customer expectations. After surface preparation via sandblasting, various industrial coating systems such as shop primer, epoxy paint, and polyurethane paint are applied, or hot-dip galvanizing is used to provide enhanced corrosion resistance. These treatments increase surface durability and ensure that the structures maintain their performance even under harsh environmental conditions.
At the end of each production batch, our quality control teams prepare comprehensive dimensional inspection reports, NDT test results, and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates, delivering them to the customer in a complete and traceable manner. These documents demonstrate the transparency of the production process and guarantee full compliance with all technical and legal requirements of the project.
With our extensive experience, strong engineering infrastructure, and quality-focused manufacturing approach, we continue to deliver reliable, high-standard solutions in steel structure projects.
